Jonathan (Jonty) Fetting is a corporate immigration compliance specialist with a wealth of knowledge and experience in South African and global immigration legal compliance, advisory and process solutions. Jonty has more than 25 years of experience at a high level in the industry. Having commenced his career at Andersen (previously Arthur Andersen) in 1999, Jonty went on to work in senior consulting roles within the tax and legal service lines of KPMG and Deloitte. In 2004, Jonty established his own immigration practices with offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town, South Africa. In January 2023, Jonty relocated to the United States where he joined Newland Chase as a Senior Associate in the Advisory team.

Jonty is fluent in the language of individual and corporate immigration and compliance. He successfully maintained his government registration as an Immigration Practitioner with the South African Department of Home Affairs over many years and remained in good standing with it throughout his career. Jonty also studied law at the University of South Africa and has a proven track record of successful management of large corporate engagements across various major industries.
