SAUDI ARABIA: Riyadh Chamber of Commerce Offers Online Attestation Services

Effective immediately, the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce has launched online attestation (certification) services for some documents.
The online service is available through the “My Business Portal”, and allows users to complete the attestation of certain documents, including the visa request letter to the Labour Office, without visiting the Chamber in person.
However, some documents still require physical attestation, including Saudization certificates, business agreements, employment contracts, family visas and other government forms.

Employers intending to hire foreign nationals in Riyadh should check whether documents that have to be certified by the Chamber of Commerce can be prepared online, or whether a visit to the Chamber in person is required.
