SINGAPORE: New Online Application System Launches 15 June [Updated 12 June 2020]

June 12, 2020

[Updated 12 June] Effective 15 June 2020, new Employment Pass (EP) and S Pass applications must be submitted via a new online service called myMOM, instead of the existing EP Online (EPOL) portal. The new service was initially targeted for launch on 11 June, but was delayed.

  • To use the application service, an organisation’s CorpPass Administrator with an existing EPOL account must add myMOM Portal as one of the e-services to their CorpPass account. Access to the new system should then be immediate.
  • EPOL will continue to be used for submission of new Employment Pass (EP) and S Pass applications until 13 June 2020.
  • Draft EP and S Pass applications saved in EPOL will not be brought over to the new system. Submitted applications and historical data, however, will be transferred.
  • EPOL will continue to be active for renewal and cancelation of passes. Further services are expected to be transferred to myMOM over the next few months.
