SLOVAKIA: New Online Appointment Booking System Established by Foreign Police

Effective 17 April 2019, the Foreign Police has implemented a new online system for scheduling appointments for a particular date and time.
Foreign nationals needing to register or submit residence permit applications to the Foreign Police in Slovakia will no longer need to arrive early in the morning and use the queuing system – applicants with an appointment will have priority.
Appointments will be scheduled within 30 days, but the applicant cannot select a specific date or time – the appointment will be assigned by the Foreign Police.
Note that the online appointment scheduling system is new and errors and delays are expected initially.
