Brandon Butterfield

Immigration Manager

A specialist immigration practitioner with over seven years of experience in the student immigration sector, Brandon Butterfield manages all aspects of visa acquisition for a diverse client portfolio with a focus of maintaining and safeguarding the sponsor licence. As an Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) Accredited Adviser (Level 1) and a Master of Law graduate, he has a strong track record of delivering results through expert immigration guidance and compliance management.

Vicki Ng

Team Manager, Service Delivery

Since joining Newland Chase Education in 2018, Vicki Ng has gained seven years of experience in immigration and compliance, primarily within the student visa sector. She specializes in relationship management, client communications, and service delivery, successfully securing hundreds of student visa applications in collaboration with independent schools, international students, and agents. She also has significant experience in regulatory compliance and is an IAA Accredited Adviser (Level 1). As a bilingual professional (English and Cantonese), she brings strong communication skills to every interaction.

Georgia Browne

Team Lead

As a Team Lead at Newland Chase Education, Georgia Browne coordinates a team of immigration consultants, specializing in student route immigration services. Since joining in 2019, she has worked closely with schools, agents, and families, providing administrative support, compliance guidance, and consulting within the student visa sector. She is also an IAA Accredited Adviser (Level 1).

Zainab Hussain

Team Lead

With over five years of experience at Newland Chase Education, Zainab Hussain specializes in visa acquisition, compliance, data handling, and sponsor guidance. As an IAA Accredited Adviser (Level 1), she supervises a team providing visa acquisition, advisory, and compliance services. Over the years, she has developed expertise across various immigration routes, refining her skills as a professional legal consultant. She is dedicated to delivering efficient, client-focused service while ensuring adherence to KPI standards and UKVI guidelines.

Beyond her professional role, she has a passion for travel, food, and photography, enjoying the opportunity to explore different cultures, cuisines, and historical sites.

Asima Ayub

Team Manager, Academy

An IAA Accredited Adviser (Level 1) with over six years of direct immigration and compliance experience, Asima Ayub specializes in student visa acquisition and sponsor license management. She is also a PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner with expertise in change management, project implementation, and stakeholder engagement. Her background includes extensive experience in the financial services sector, with in-depth knowledge of FCA regulations and DPA compliance.

For the past three years, she has successfully led the Newland Chase Academy initiative, providing training and development programs. Known for her ability to build trust and foster meaningful conversations, she excels in guiding teams and clients through complex immigration processes.

Santia-Chara Ahmed

Private Client Lead

Santia-Chara Ahmed is a law graduate and an IAA Level 1 Accredited Adviser with over four years of experience in immigration services. She has worked closely with both corporate and private clients, providing comprehensive guidance on visa applications and immigration compliance. Chara has successfully supported hundreds of applicants through the end-to-end visa process and now focuses on private clients, particularly students, professionals, and academics looking to study or transition into life in the UK.

Having migrated to the UK herself for undergraduate studies, she brings a personal understanding of the challenges involved in making such a life-changing move. Fluent in English and Greek, Chara is known for building strong relationships and delivering a smooth, stress-free immigration experience.

Susanna Hicks

Compliance and Audit Manager

Susanna Hicks joined Newland Chase Education in 2022, bringing 14 years of experience in managing sponsor compliance within independent schools. She has extensive expertise in UKVI inspections and mock audits, and she is known for her strong communication skills and meticulous attention to regulatory detail.

Passionate about supporting schools across the UK, Susana frequently travels to meet clients, strengthening relationships and ensuring compliance standards are consistently met.
