We are here to help you and your company achieve global immigration compliance. We take a flexible and consultative approach to helping you design your program, draft your policy, train your hiring teams and audit your compliance.
We are available and ready to listen to you and to support you every step of the way with each visa, work permit or registration required, anywhere in the world.
Obtaining work authorization for foreign nationals is our core service. Our expert advisors will guide you through the process, including providing support in the following areas:
- Advertising requirements (i.e., labour market testing)
- Minimum salary levels and bands
- The difference between local hires and intra-company transferees
- Eligibility assessments
- Long-term strategic planning
- Cross-border notification requirements
We handle everything from initial work authorization approval right through to post-arrival registrations and residence permits. We also assist with all relevant ancillary services such as obtaining certified personal documents where required, translation and legalization of documents, drafting of support letters, advice with labor market testing (workforce demand), entry visa consular support, exit visas and re-entry permits.
Family and Dependent Applications
As part of our services, we support the spouses, partners, children, and other dependents of the primary applicant.
We assess each situation and provide advice on the appropriate visa or permit category for the dependent, including scenarios where the family member may not qualify for “dependent” status (for example, where partners are unmarried or children are over the age of 18).
We also advise on work and study permission availability for dependent family members. Finally, we assist with obtaining and preparing the necessary documentation to evidence family ties.
