Nicole’s background spans a wide range of sectors, including finance, construction, consulting, and technology. She has extensive experience advising multinational companies on complex immigration matters, including sponsor licence applications and compliance, TUPE transfers, business travel, Points-Based System applications, naturalization, and EEA routes. She has also worked directly with clients in-house, supporting the design and implementation of streamlined immigration processes tailored to business needs.

Recognized for her deep subject matter expertise and practical, client-focused approach, Nicole is known for delivering insightful, compliant, and commercially minded immigration advice. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England (Australia) and a Bachelor of Arts (Double Major in Psychology) from the University of Queensland. In 2007, she was awarded the Lexis Nexis Prize for highest achievement in Contracts.

Outside of work, Nicole is a certified scuba diver and enjoys exploring remote underwater destinations whenever possible.
