Tom Josephs

As Senior Manager for Key Strategic Clients, Tom brings over ten years of experience in fostering strong strategic partnerships across a portfolio of large and medium-sized companies. He is solution-driven and has a strong sense of accountability. Having previously worked with a leading relocation company Tom displays firm knowledge and understanding of the assignee journey.  

At Newland Chase, Tom is dedicated to helping mobility, reward, and HR functions meet their strategic objectives—be it workforce compliance, service delivery, or ROI. He has helped clients achieve these by offering tailored immigration compliance solutions and ensuring that operational processes deliver high levels of client and customer satisfaction. 

Tom is currently based in London but was brought up in the Netherlands. Tom graduated with a master’s degree in International Politics at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
