The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has updated the replacement fees for work pass cards to reflect the prevailing 9% GST. This applies to Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, Dependant’s Pass (DP), and other MOM-issued work pass cards that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
Updated MOM Card Replacement Fees (Inclusive of 9% GST):

All replacement fees are non-refundable.
Replacement applications must be submitted within one week of the card being lost, stolen, or damaged. For stolen cards, a police report is mandatory. If a Pass Card is lost while the pass holder is overseas, the employer must notify MOM immediately. MOM will issue a letter to facilitate re-entry into Singapore.
