VIETNAM – Foreign utilization mandatory reporting

Employers in Vietnam who have foreign employees holding valid or current work permits are required to complete a bi-annual report regarding the utilization of foreign manpower.

The first half-year reporting requirement is due every July 5 of the following year and covers the period from December 15 of the previous reporting year up to June 14 of the current reporting year. An annual report is due every January 5 of the following year and covers the period from December 15 of the previous year to December 14 of the reporting year.
