CIBT (the parent company of Newland Chase) is pleased to welcome Christin Burns Faykus as Chief Legal Officer. Christin brings nearly two decades of legal expertise across corporate immigration, employment law, governance, compliance, and commercial dispute resolution.

Prior to joining CIBT, Christin led the Employment and Immigration legal functions at Aramco Americas, a subsidiary of Saudi Aramco. She is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), bringing valuable insight into the evolving legal landscape surrounding cross-border movement.

“Christin’s experience at the intersection of employment, immigration, and compliance aligns with CIBT’s mission to simplify the complex,” said Steve Diehl, CEO of CIBT. “Her global perspective and legal leadership will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen our position as a trusted partner in global mobility.”

Christin is based in Houston and brings a dynamic energy to both her professional and personal pursuits. She is currently training for the Boston Marathon, is an enthusiastic global traveler, and enjoys exploring Houston’s diverse culinary scene.
