With over 15 years of experience in immigration law and mobility strategy—including a decade previously at CIBT—Nan brings deep expertise across North America, EMEA, and APAC. He has advised Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, and global multinationals on critical areas such as cross-border compliance, workforce mobility, and high-stakes immigration planning.
Most recently, Nan served as Principal at USILAW, one of the largest woman-owned immigration law firms in the U.S., where he led corporate strategy, government relations, and global partnerships. Under his leadership, the firm enhanced its global capabilities and earned a strong reputation for thought leadership in the mobility space.
