
Christin Burns Faykus
Christin Burns Faykus is Chief Legal Officer at CIBT, where she leads the company’s global legal strategy, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. She brings nearly 20 years of legal experience across employment law, immigration, and commercial dispute resolution, with deep expertise in navigating complex legal environments.
Before joining CIBT, Christin led the Employment and Immigration practices at Aramco Americas, a U.S. subsidiary of Saudi Aramco. Her career has focused on supporting large, multinational organizations in addressing the legal dimensions of global mobility, workforce compliance, and cross-border operations. Christin is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), reflecting her long-standing engagement with immigration policy and practice.
Christin holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Sociology from Southwestern University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston. Her passion for immigration law began while volunteering at a United Nations refugee camp in Hungary, an experience that continues to shape her global outlook. She is based in Houston, TX.
