Jaana Hennessy has over fifteen years of experience in UK immigration law and is accredited at Level 2 through the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). She has extensive experience in assisting companies to manage their immigration programs and achieve their strategic goals, including right-to-work checks and escalation processes, extension and leave of absence planning, and managing the immigration impacts on company acquisitions. Jaana has extensive experience in providing both corporate and personal immigration advice to companies, as well as being accomplished at delivering client training on UK immigration law and sponsor licence compliance matters.
