Latha Olavatth

As Senior Vice President, Latha spearheads immigration service delivery across the Asia Pacific region. Leading an expert team of immigration specialists, she is responsible for a comprehensive range of services including immigration advisory, data compliance, case initiations, and management of external and internal client relationships. Latha is committed to operational excellence, budget oversight, and enhancing employee training and performance.

Latha plays a pivotal role in managing client projects from inception to completion, ensuring that each initiative aligns with our high standards of service. Her expertise has been crucial in establishing multiple offices throughout Asia Pacific, where she leads the hiring and training of immigration teams.

With over 25 years of global immigration experience, Latha has worked in key cities including Hong Kong, Singapore, and most recently, Dubai. Her previous role as a Consular Officer at the Indian Consulate in Hong Kong further enriches her extensive background in the field. Latha holds a Double Honors Degree in Law from the University of Bangalore, India, and is a licensed Employment Agent in Singapore (EA License No: R2091910), registered with the Ministry of Manpower.
