Lisa Horan is a creative marketing leader with more than 25 years of experience turning complex ideas into compelling content that delivers measurable results. At Newland Chase, she plays a key role in content strategy, developing marketing campaigns and a variety of content, including white papers, articles, one-sheets, and pitch decks. She also shapes video content, creating scripts, providing voice overs, and guiding edits to ensure a cohesive and engaging final product.

Previously, Lisa led the Creative Performance Marketing Department at Holiday Inn Club Vacations, where she drove triple-digit growth in event bookings and developed direct mail campaigns that significantly outperformed lead and package goals. Earlier, at PSAV/Encore, she reimagined proposal workflows and presentations that helped secure contracts valued in the tens of millions and strengthened long-term client partnerships. In addition, she partnered with global brands such as Hilton, Fairmont-Accor, Hyatt, Marriott, and Michaels to develop large-scale event content that elevated brand storytelling and audience engagement.

As a creative consultant, Lisa works with executive leaders at a variety of organizations, from SONIC to The Joint Chiropractic to develop high-impact presentations, videos, and scripts that communicate vision and inspire teams. She also partners with organizations to deliver marketing and content solutions that strengthen brand narratives and drive measurable results.
