Monika Maskell is the EMEA Hub Director at Newland Chase. She is responsible for ensuring compliant immigration service delivery across the EMEA region, particularly in territories where Newland Chase works with network partners. Monika prioritizes customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity, leading a diverse team of 29 professionals based in the UK, Europe, and Dubai, including managers, consultants, and support specialists.

Monika joined Newland Chase in June 2023 and works closely alongside other regional leaders to ensure consistent global processes. With over 18 years of experience in the immigration and mobility industry, she has held operational management roles in relocation companies and served as an in-house immigration specialist and advisor for engineering, power generation and software companies. Monika’s extensive industry knowledge and leadership skills are instrumental in driving Newland Chase’s success in the EMEA region.
