Nan Park
Nan Park is a recognized leader in global mobility and corporate immigration, bringing more than 15 years of experience guiding Fortune 500 companies, high-growth multinationals, and government entities through complex cross-border challenges. During his earlier tenure at CIBT, Nan was instrumental in advancing global client delivery frameworks and expanding the company’s service footprint across critical international markets.
Most recently, Nan served as Principal at one of the largest woman-owned immigration law firms in the United States. In this role, he led corporate strategy, government relations, and global alliances, playing a key role in scaling the firm’s global capabilities. Under his leadership, USILAW strengthened its position as a trusted partner in global mobility, deepening its engagement with multinational clients and contributing thought leadership across industry forums.
Nan currently serves as the incoming President of the GBTA Washington, D.C. Chapter and is an active member of several key industry committees, including the Worldwide ERC Immigration Committee, the WERC Service Provider Advisory Council, and the GBTA Risk Committee. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina, a degree from HIM Business School in Montreux, Switzerland, and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He has also completed executive education at Wharton and Harvard, further enhancing his strategic approach to global workforce mobility.
