Nathalie Janssen leads immigration services in Belgium as Immigration Service Delivery Manager. In this role, she oversees daily operations, manages client relationships, and drives strategic growth for the Belgian national office. Nathalie’s journey with Newland Chase began in March 2024 when she joined to establish and grow the newly launched Belgium office. Her expertise and leadership led to the successful launch of the office, and she formally stepped into her current role as country lead in February 2025.
Prior to joining Newland Chase, Nathalie worked as a freelance Head of Global Mobility and Senior Immigration Specialist, bringing with her a wealth of hands-on experience in cross-border talent mobility and immigration compliance.
She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Business Communication and Marketing, a Bachelor’s in Public Relations Management, and a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management and Services. Nathalie is also a certified career coach and payroll consultant—reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development.
She is an active member of ABRA (Association of Belgian Relocation Agents) and the EGN Women in Leadership network.
