With over 20 years of experience in corporate immigration, Rowen Edy brings deep expertise in client-focused service delivery and operational leadership. She began her career in 2002 at the UK Home Office (then the Border & Immigration Agency), gaining foundational insight into the inner workings of UK Visas & Immigration. This early experience provided a strong foundation in immigration processes and policies, which she has built on throughout her career in the private sector.
From 2006 to 2017, Rowen held senior roles at Dearson Winyard, where she advanced from Senior Immigration Consultant to Immigration Manager, building and leading high-performing teams. Following the firm’s acquisition by CIBT, she joined Newland Chase, where she has progressed through leadership roles to her current position as UK Immigration Director.
Throughout her career, Rowen has worked as both a consultant and account manager for clients across a wide range of sectors and sizes—from global corporations to growing firms—giving her a broad perspective on the evolving challenges faced by businesses, mobility teams, and individuals alike. Known for her strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset, she focuses on delivering efficient, compliant, and client-centric immigration solutions, with an emphasis on enhancing both the employee and client experience.
Rowen completed her BA (Hons) in Journalism in 2001.
