In her role as Senior Manager, Soo Gurtcheff-Smit leads the knowledge library team and provides multi-jurisdictional research consultations to a diverse portfolio of clients. Soo has 14 years of experience in global corporate immigration and has held a variety of positions throughout her tenure, including product manager, researcher and knowledge management lead, and case consultant. She is especially passionate about the intersection of technology and access to information, and how to constantly improve both elements to best partner with our clients.
Soo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and English Literature from St. Olaf College.
