Conference – Newland Chase Attends AILA GMS-CILS

Newland Chase was delighted to participate at the 4th AILA GMS-CILS and inaugural paradiGM conference in Vienna, Austria from 2 to 5 March 2023 on the topic of Global Mobility in an Age of Constant Insecurity, Technology, Strategies and Solutions.
Jane Pilkington, Managing Director at Newland Chase Ireland moderated the discussion on: “Managing Hard Times Ahead” which explored strategies to navigate recessionary times, including how to structure engagement agreements and ways to expand service offerings. Jane’s panel included Veronique Malka, Adrian Ojeda Cuevas, Chris Gore, Mounia Jrabi, and Stephane Couleaux.
Ben Sookia, EMEA Advisory Services Manager at Newland Chase and Chair/Co-Founder of the paradiGM Community curated the inaugural paradiGM conference alongside Audrey Lustgarten, Julyana Ruiz, and Inigo Lopez. The paradiGM sessions comprised of several interactive discussions, including how to survive and thrive in the world of remote work; what has been achieved since the founding of paradiGM 18 months ago; and exploring the economic and cultural benefits of authenticity at work in relation to DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility.
