As Co-Chair of Immigration & Senior Vice President of Service Delivery, Daniela Lima is responsible for advising clients on global immigration best practices, ensuring delivery of world-class service to our global clients. Daniela also plays a pivotal role in the growth and development of our team, keeping compliance and creativity to the forefront as we solve complex mobility and immigration challenges together with our clients.
Daniela brings more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of immigration including work visas, permanent residencies, immigration consultancy, local document acquisition, and assisting expatriate family members. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Daniela has set up and managed multiple offices including establishing, hiring, and training immigration teams. Daniela holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Business Economics. She is based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Daniela has been a lawyer since 2004 in the OAB/SP (Brazilian Bar Association) and has been recognized as a leading Brazilian immigration lawyer by the International Who’s Who of leading Corporate Immigration Lawyers, and by Lexology’s Thought Leaders – Corporate Immigration. She is an active member and regular speaker at the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the International Bar Association. She is a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council as a Senior Global Mobility Specialist (SGMS-T). She is a founding board member of the Brazilian Association for Immigration and Global Mobility Specialists (ABEMMI). ABEMMI plays an important role in engaging with all parts of government and bringing the community together. She is the co-founder of paradiGM, where she is excited to build an inclusive global community that will support future generations of professionals in the industry.
