Alex Kim

Alex Kim is a Senior Immigration Consultant based in Newland Chase’s Melbourne office. A Registered Migration Agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority since 2017, Alex joined Newland Chase Australia in September 2022 and was promoted to Senior Immigration Consultant in January 2025 in recognition of his consistent performance and impact.

Alex holds a Graduate Certificate of Law from the Australian National University, as well as a Graduate Certificate of Australian Migration Law and Practice from Murdoch University. His academic background underpins a practical, solutions-driven approach that helps organizations navigate evolving immigration frameworks with clarity and confidence.

An active leader in the profession, Alex is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia and currently serves as the VIC/TAS Branch President. In 2024, he was awarded the Emerging Talent Award by the Migration Institute of Australia, recognizing his exceptional contributions as a rising star in migration law.
