Claire Lathrope

With nearly 15 years of experience in UK corporate immigration, Claire Lathrope is a trusted advisor to enterprise clients navigating complex mobility needs. As Senior Immigration Manager, Claire plays a critical leadership role in supporting and working with the  Immigration Managers on all corporate immigration matters. She works closely with Newland Chase’s Senior Leadership Team to enhance service excellence, drive client retention, and shape strategic growth across the region.

Claire’s responsibilities also include managing the Newland Chase Education compliance team, where she ensures clients maintain robust sponsor licence compliance and regulatory integrity. She is known for developing strong client partnerships and delivering tailored immigration solutions across a wide range of industry sectors.

Claire began her immigration career with Dearson Winyard International, which was acquired by Newland Chase in 2017. Her progression from Consultant through to Team Lead and Immigration Manager reflects her deep knowledge and dedication to the field. She is a Regulated Level 1 Advisor under the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA).
