Her career encompasses leadership roles in professional services and legal advisory, including as Director and Solicitor at KPMG. Nadia also gained significant experience in immigration strategy and policy through roles at PwC, where she supported multinational clients on UK immigration issues and workforce mobility challenges.

Throughout her career, Nadia has built a reputation for translating complex policy change into pragmatic, future‑ready operational practices.
