SINGAPORE – Removal of COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

March 19, 2024

By: Patricia Clarino

The Ministry of Manpower of Singapore announced that foreign nationals applying for a new work pass or renewal of work pass will no longer be mandated to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. This change takes effect from March 1, 2024.

While the vaccination is not mandatory for obtaining a pass in Singapore, the authorities still encourage foreign nationals to get vaccinated to curb the transmission of illness.
