Joao Pires is a Senior Immigration Manager at Newland Chase Ireland, with seven years of specialized experience in Irish immigration. With a unique perspective shaped by roles on both the client and provider sides of immigration services, Joao combines deep operational knowledge with a strong commitment to client success.
Before joining Newland Chase, Joao worked as an Immigration and Mobility Senior Analyst at Accenture Ireland, managing complex mobility needs for a multinational workforce. Since 2021, he has steadily advanced through roles at Newland Chase, culminating in his current leadership position. He now oversees immigration strategy and compliance for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, mentoring a team of consultants, and liaising with Irish authorities to ensure seamless delivery of tailored immigration solutions.
Joao holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Immigration Law and Practice and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Industry Engineering and Technology. Originally from Brazil and now based in Dublin, he brings a global perspective and local expertise to every engagement. Outside of work, Joao is a competitive volleyball player in the Irish National League and enjoys travelling and live music.
