SOUTH KOREA – Visas Again Issued for China Travel

The South Korean government is once again issuing short-term visitor visas to travelers from China. South Korea resumed issuing these visas on 11 February 2023.

Earlier, China also resumed issuing short-term visitor visas for South Korean citizens to China, effective from 18 February 2023. The port visa and 72/144 hour visa free transit policy to Korean citizens have also been reinstated as well.
