KAZAKHSTAN: Deadline for Quota Applications is 1 August 2018

The deadline for submitting quota applications for employing foreign nationals in 2019 is 1 August 2018.
Applications must be submitted to the state employment authority in the region where the employment is planned, and must include workforce demand in a particular type of economic activity.
Obtaining a quota is not required for foreign nationals assigned to Kazakhstan under the intra-company transfer process or for work-permit exempt employees.
