UKBA has announced that from 19 December 2011, applications for a UK visa made in certain countries must now be completed using the online application system and paid for online in euros.
So far UKBA have listed the following countries as being subject to the new rules:
Austria
Bulgaria
Croatia
Czech Republic
Denmark
Finland
Hungary
Iceland
Kosovo (optional)
Macedonia
Moldova (optional)
Norway
Poland
Serbia
Slovenia
Sweden
However, it is more than likely that other countries will be added to this list. We advise that you carefully check the submission and payment criteria before commencing your application.
