As Vice President of Business Development, Asia Pacific, Lee Smith leads and grows the Newland Chase Business Development function throughout the region. Lee has over 20 years’ experience in global resourcing, international recruitment, workforce and business management. Having worked in management roles on the east and west coast of Australia with the SKILLED Group for 15 years, Lee has extensive business development experience across a variety of industry sectors including engineering, energy and resources, health and ICT. Lee has worked closely with leading companies in these areas devising workforce planning and sourcing strategies. Lee is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Australia.
