Áine Hartigan

National Office Leader, Ireland

In her role, Áine leads the firm’s operations in Ireland, delivering tailored immigration solutions and strategic guidance to a wide range of clients, including multinational corporations and small enterprises navigating the complexities of global mobility.

Áine’s professional journey began with her qualification as a barrister in 2012. She transitioned into corporate immigration in 2018, joining Fragomen, where she honed her skills in advising businesses on immigration compliance and workforce mobility. Áine later commenced work with Eugene F Collins Solicitors, which later merged with Addleshaw Goddard, where she worked on the Immigration team. During this time, Áine completed the Law Society’s ELPC course, converting to a practicing Irish solicitor. Combining her legal expertise with her corporate immigration acumen, Áine’s move to Newland Chase marked a natural progression in her career.

Áine holds dual legal qualifications as a Solicitor (non-practicing) and Barrister (non-practicing), equipping her with a unique perspective on the intersection of law and immigration. Her deep understanding of Irish and international immigration frameworks, coupled with her client-focused approach means that her strategic and practical client advice meets the highest standards.
