ARGENTINA: Delays in Booking of Immigration Office Appointments [UPDATED]

There is currently a low availability of appointments at the Immigration Office (DNM), and delays of over two months for non-Mercosur visa applications, and over nine months for Mercosur visa applications. Express service fee applications have been suspended.
According to the authorities, the DNM is currently implementing a new online system that will allow applicants to upload supporting documents and provide biometric data. However, there have been no official announcements on this subject.
