ARGENTINA: New Application Process for 90-Day Work Permit

November 5, 2018

The National Immigration Office (DNM) has implemented changes to the application process for the 90-day work permit (24h visa).

An Argentinian criminal record certificate is now required in support of this application

In addition, the DNM has introduced a new online data-upload system called RADEX, which allows the applicant to digitally upload the documentation required in support of the application, before providing biometric data in person at the DNM.

It is expected that in the next few weeks the same application process will be implemented for temporary and permanent residence visas.
