Expat Academy Amsterdam – Network Huddle

The aim of the Amsterdam Network Huddle is for global mobility professionals to work collaboratively with their peers, sharing their operational challenges and gaining advice from fellow network members and industry experts.
The event will host a combination of roundtable sessions to discuss current issues, presentations from technical experts and corporate updates from members on their latest challenges and projects.

Increasingly, unannounced workplace inspections and the imposition of fines for late filings of posted worker declarations are becoming the norm in many jurisdictions. This session will cover the vital information Netherlands-based businesses need to know to maintain compliance with these changing requirements.

- the status of the new electronic notification system
- what specific employment documents employers are required to retain (and in what form and for how long)
- how and who to appoint as your designated representative to deal with authorities regarding the posting
