Vice President, Global Service Delivery and Operations
Cindy Hilliar joined Newland Chase as Vice President of Global Service Delivery and Operations in November 2020. As part of her role, Cindy focuses on driving continuous process improvements that will result in an exceptional client experience. Known to build outstanding client relationships, ensuring that clients receive an unparalleled service experience, Cindy excels in transformational change and is skilled at building high-performing teams.
Prior to joining Newland Chase, Cindy had a progressive 22-year career at Accenture, most recently holding the position of Director of Global Mobility Operations where her responsibilities included operational delivery excellence across all mobility functions and services, as well as Corporate Travel and Meetings and Events. Cindy implemented a new operational structure to enable delivery of major global transformation programs, resulting in end-to-end service delivery under one global mobility umbrella. Additionally, Cindy was responsible for shared services and local support teams totalling 700 employees.
Cindy began her career in the military where she held the role of Administrative Officer in the British Army for twelve years. She is based in the United Kingdom.
