As Director and Counsel, Advisory Services, Daniel Morris advises multinational corporations on all aspects of employee global immigration. He provides strategic guidance on how to achieve business objectives and ensures compliance with changing global immigration and custom laws.

With over ten years of experience practicing law, Dan began his career with the National Immigrant Justice Center in Chicago, Illinois and spent several years as in-house immigration counsel with prestigious immigration service providers before launching his own global (outbound) immigration practice which was based in Minneapolis, MN.  He has a proven track record of winning adjustments of legal status, waivers of inadmissibility and procurement of authorization documents on behalf of migrants both domestically and abroad. As a result of his passion for immigration and his success in assisting with global immigration petitions, Dan was shortlisted for Global Mobility Rising Star of the Year, awarded by the Forum for Expatriate Management. He has authored numerous articles for various industry publications and is a frequent speaker at industry events and webinars.

He is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law) with a J.D. and holds an LL.B. in International Business Law from the BPP University Law School (London). Dan obtained his B.A. at the University of Saint Thomas in Minnesota.
