As Managing Director, Benelux, Mandy Janzen-Westerburgen leads CIBT’s commercial activities for the Benelux regions, taking responsibility for both CIBTvisas’ business teams located in The Hague and Brussels, as well as Newland Chase’s immigration team located in Amsterdam.

A specialist in international labor law and immigration law, with a particular focus on labor migration, Mandy has several years’ experience of assisting multinationals and start-up organizations, as well as private persons with complex immigration processes, including but not limited to: residence permits and/or work permits, highly skilled migrant processes, work permit exemptions, intra-corporate transferees, illegal employment, HR processes when employing third country nationals in the Netherlands, and compliancy with Dutch Foreigners Laws. Mandy is one of the most recognized leaders in Dutch immigration and was admitted to Who’s Who Legal of Lexology as a future leader in corporate immigration in the Netherlands and she has also received the Client Choice Award in 2021 for corporate immigration as the first one ever in the Netherlands for her outstanding client management.

Mandy holds a Masters’ degree in International and European Public Law, and a Masters in Dutch Employment Law.
