MALAYSIA: Foreign Knowledge Worker Projections Open for Submission

Effective 1 December 2020, the 2021 Projection of Expatriates for companies registered with the Expatriate Services Division (ESD) is open for online submission.

Effective 3 November, the 2021 Foreign Knowledge Worker (FKW) projection for companies registered with MDEC opened for submission.

Companies registered with ESD or MDEC and intending to employ foreign nationals in Malaysia in 2020 should ensure that they provide the required information and documents in support of their projection application as soon as possible, to avoid any delay.
