New Out-of-Quota Positions
Effective 8 September 2019, the Ministry of Labour and Social Development has approved a new list of 80 job positions in which qualified foreign specialists can be employed for up to one year without quota.
Positions removed from the list include quality engineer and technical literature translator.
Positions added to the list include dispatcher; regime planning engineer; engineer-programmer; master of technological equipment repair master; Operator of technological installations; fitter for the repair of technological installations; and electrician for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment.
New Application and Notification Forms
Effective 9 September 2019, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has approved a new application form for the highly-qualified specialist (HQS) work permit , as well as new forms for HQS salary notifications and employment contract signing. The changes to the forms are minor.
