SINGAPORE: Company Stamp No Longer Required on Forms

September 12, 2018

Effective 10 September 2018, the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) in Singapore no longer requires employers to endorse forms using their company stamps.

This easing of requirements applies to all MOM forms, including the declaration page of the In Principle Approval (IPA) letter.

MOM notes that it is still in the process of updating its forms and that employers can disregard any remaining company stamp fields on the forms.

Our Advice

Employers should note the newly eased requirements for completing MOM forms, and ignore any remaining company stamp fields on MOM forms that have not yet been updated.
