Add Slovakia to the list of nations dropping COVID-related emergency
measures.

As of Friday 15 September, the government of the Slovak Republic approved a measure
to end the state of emergency which had been in place since March 2020 in response
to the COVID pandemic. At the time, the Slovak government adopted a series of
measures to prevent the spread of COVID and mitigate the impact of the outbreak on
their nation.

The government determined the conditions supporting the emergency COVID measure no
longer exist. In the same release, the government also stated it is dealing with an
extraordinary situation due to an influx of foreigners related to the ongoing war in
Ukraine.
