UK: Improvements to Sopra Steria Services

Sopra Steria, which partners with the UK government to deliver services for people applying for a work or study visa, settlement or citizenship from within the UK, has announced it will be making several improvements to its UK Visa and Citizenship Application Services (UKVCAS) in the coming weeks.
From 1 November 2021, Sopra Steria will offer free appointments at all their service points (excluding Premium Lounge sites). Currently, free appointments are only available at the core service points in Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff Bay, Glasgow, London – Croydon, London – Lansdowne Road and Manchester. Sopra Steria additionally intends to increase the number of free appointments available and standardize the pricing structure for all chargeable appointments.
Sopra Steria will be making further changes to its website to improve the appointment booking process, with the intention of having all changes implemented by 1 November 2021.
