Daniel Morris

Global Immigration Counsel

Daniel Morris consults with corporations on employee immigration and mobility, advises on strategies to achieve business objectives, ensures compliance with changing global immigration and custom laws, and oversees in-country filings around the world. He is a published author and speaks at industry events on topics ranging from French work permits to strategically doing business in the Middle East. Dan began his career with the National Immigrant Justice Center in Chicago, Illinois. There, Dan successfully petitioned the United States government for U-non immigrant status and waivers of inadmissibility as it related to petitions seeking relief for survivors of domestic violence. Dan previously held counsel positions with another global immigration firm and a law firm. He is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law with a J.D. and an LL.B. in International Business Law, the BPP University Law School (London). Dan obtained his BA at the University of Saint Thomas in Minnesota.
