UKBA issues response to feedback on policy for tier 4 highly trusted sponsors

On the 5th September 2011, the UKBA announced their new criteria for highly trusted sponsors under Tier 4 of the points based system.
In response to feedback they have received from the education sector, the UKBA have prepared answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. These cover issues such as whether a sponsor must meet 100 per cent of each criterion on the new policy, and how refusal rates are calculated.
